誤區(qū)一

酒后騎摩托車不屬于酒駕很多農(nóng)民朋友認為，酒后駕駛摩托車，不算酒后駕駛，但事實上，二輪、三輪摩托車都屬于機動車，和汽車一樣，酒后駕駛摩托車一樣要受到相應(yīng)處罰。

誤區(qū)二

自己酒量大 喝一點不礙事有的駕駛員存在僥幸心理，覺得自己酒量好少喝點或是喝完酒休息一會兒再駕車上路沒有大問題。

其實，酒量的好壞和血液酒精濃度沒有必然關(guān)系。法律規(guī)定，100毫升血液中酒精含量達到20-80毫克為飲酒駕車，80毫克以上認定為醉酒駕車。酒駕的認定標準與酒量大小沒有任何關(guān)系，酒量大的人飲酒后即便神智清醒，血液中酒精含量也可能達到酒駕標準。根據(jù)酒量來判定是否酒駕，這是毫無科學依據(jù)的。

誤區(qū)三

酒后挪車不算酒駕汽車發(fā)動并發(fā)生位移，駕駛員即處于駕駛行為當中。駕駛員飲酒后駕駛車輛即使車速再慢，由于其本人在控制能力和反應(yīng)能力上已經(jīng)受到了酒精的麻醉，都會有不同程度的降低，在此種情況下，極易發(fā)生危險事故，對周圍不特定人群的安全造成威脅。故而對于該類行為，都以危險駕駛罪加以懲處。提醒司機朋友們不要心存僥幸鋌而走險，要自覺做到飲酒不開車，開車不飲酒。

誤區(qū)四

搭酒駕車出事不用擔責明知司機酒駕仍選擇搭乘，應(yīng)承擔哪些風險？目前，很多人還存在理解誤區(qū)，認為應(yīng)當由酒駕司機負全部責任，同乘人可以免責。這種觀點是錯誤的。在此提醒廣大社會公眾：在自己遠離“酒駕”的同時，不僅要對飲酒后駕車的同伴及時勸阻，更不能為圖方便、顧面子搭乘“酒駕”車輛。否則，自己也要承擔相應(yīng)責任，甚至搭上生命。

誤區(qū)五

隔餐酒、隔夜酒不屬于酒駕很多人中午過量飲酒后下午雖然沒開車但夜間開車，或是晚上飲酒當晚沒開車，次日早上開車，不能就此認為萬事大吉了。因血液中仍然含有大量酒精，還是有可能構(gòu)成飲酒駕駛或醉駕，這就是我們通常所說的“隔餐醉”或“隔夜醉”。

誤區(qū)六

在馬路以外的地點飲酒駕駛沒事也許很多市民認為，只要不在馬路上行駛，即使喝了酒也不算酒駕，而實際情況并非如此。交警部門提醒，在小區(qū)院內(nèi)、馬路牙上方等馬路以外的地點飲酒駕駛行進，經(jīng)過測驗調(diào)查后若達到酒駕或醉駕標準，交警也會按相關(guān)法規(guī)條例統(tǒng)一處理。

誤區(qū)七

酒后多喝水 就能稀釋酒精含量有些酒駕司機，看到交警會喝水、抽煙，想讓口腔里的酒精含量降下來。其實這種做法是沒有用的。交警使用的酒精檢測儀，檢測的其實是來自肺部的氣體，而不僅僅是口腔里的，這也是為什么交警要讓受測者至少吹氣兩到三秒的原因。肺部的氣體，不會因為喝幾口水就能沖淡，而且喝完酒之后，酒精是一個逐漸代謝的過程，這個過程長達十多個小時，體內(nèi)酒精含量也呈從低到高再逐漸降低的趨勢，所以，司機喝水不但無法沖淡酒精含量，反而會使酒精含量上升。
